Fast fashion titan for millennials Forever 21 is facing a lawsuit brought on by Fashion Life Inc., a manufacturer that claims the retailer is in violation of contractual obligations, and owes $55,832.50 for a shipment of women’s clothing. The Gardena, California-based manufacturer filed a complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court last month alleging Forever 21 has yet to pay a past due bill.
The complaint states that the shipment in question was accepted by the retailer, and no complaints or issues with said shipment were filed. Fashion Life states they have made many attempts to collect payment from Forever 21, and continue to come up empty-handed.
Forever 21 still has yet to comment on the case.
